Purpose

To equip marketers going through massive transition with the capabilities they require as their roles continue to change, we recently announced the relaunch of our new educational offering - ADMA IQ. As a result we’re looking for an outstanding Marketing Manager with a strong track record to lead our educational offering in collaboration with internal stakeholders and to lead all marketing efforts for our key events (ie. Global Forum).

The Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for contributing to the strategic direction and leading the delivery of marketing campaigns and activities that promote, acquire and retain customers to the ADMA IQ education offering, both direct to consumer and direct to business. In addition, the Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the delivery of marketing campaigns and communication material for key ADMA events in collaboration with the wider AADL organisation to ensure achievement of defined business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning (with GMM, Marketing), management and implementation of campaigns for ADMA IQ and ADMA events across all channels (paid, owned and earned) which meet corporate objectives for promotion, acquisition and retention resulting in superior customer experiences and achievement of commercial success
  • Planning (with GM Marketing and Marketing Team) for new communications strategy for ADMA members/non-member customer segments
  • Monitoring campaign effectiveness and optimise using a test and learn approach to continuously measure, analyse, test and optimise commercial performance
  • Overseeing campaign budgets and providing analyse for allocation of future campaigns
  • Management of external suppliers – including agencies and designers as required
  • Liaise closely with the in-house Marketing, Events, Technology and Commercial Team to ensure achievement of business targets
  • Other tasks as required

Required Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications, degree in Marketing or Business preferred
  • Minimum 3 years in a marketing roles including campaign planning and implementation
  • Creative agency and marketing industry knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of marketing channels and marketing industry best practices – with emphasis on digital channels
  • Digital marketing experience with emphasis on email (IBM Watson) preferred

  • Excellent co-ordination, administration and organisational skills
  • Sound computer skills MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and basic HTML skills

  • Ability to effectively and independently prioritise and manage workload in accordance with business priorities
  • Team-player with strong internal and external stakeholder management capabilities to develop long-term business relationships
