Dan Eadon

Associate Director - Marketing Performance, Optus

With a career spanning over two decades in Engineering, Education & Telecommunications, Dan has developed industry-leading expertise in digital strategy and marketing. Initially establishing himself in the digital space back in 2001, developing early stage digital marketing and e-zines for a global publishing firm, quickly going on to the University of Cambridge, where he led a successful cloud migration and established a team responsible for online marketing across 48 ESOL examinations sites.

After migrating to Australia in 2007, Dan has held several roles, across project management and eCommerce, Marketing, Technology and Innovation. Dan pioneered Australia’s first Digital Personalisation program in 2014 and now heads the Marketing Performance team, focusing on Demand forecasting, Marketing Mix Modelling, Ad Tech, and data innovation.
