Howard Parry-Husbands

Howard Parry-Husbands

Howard Parry-Husbands is the founder and CEO of Pollinate, one of Australia’s leading strategic research consultancies. Howard is also a Director of Social Soup and Non-executive director of Planet Ark. Howard has conducted more than 5000 focus groups, co-creation sessions and workshops over 25 years in a dozen countries as well as administering literally millions of surveys.

CX didn’t exist when Howard began research but then neither did the internet – so Howard will talk through the Genesis of CX, its role in design thinking as well as the importance of the emerging discipline of systems thinking interspersed with case studies from Polinate’s clients such as Google, Nike and a heap of other brands.

Howard has two awesome children and is passionate about the environment and sustainability, is doing a Masters at ANU to better understand how to make the world a better place and he has an almost unhealthy love of trees and forests as well as ocean swimming and running very long distances.

Howard is a sought after public speaker and presenter and you should consider this session an unmissable 90 minutes of edutainment and he is thoroughly looking forward to it. See you there.
