Puneet is an industry leader in the MarTech domain on how to leverage data and audiences to deliver personalisation at scale. He has a pedigree in enterprise data architecture and business intelligence and applying that knowledge in the digital marketing space to build and run digital and experience analytics, data management platforms and customer data platforms connected with owned, earned, paid and outbound marketing channels to deliver better customer experiences.

Puneet is the co-founder and COO of Helium, an Australian based Personalisation consultancy, where his team supports leading enterprise clients like Disney, Energy Australia, IAG, NSW government, Ego Pharma, Channel 10, others. He has worked on enterprise data platforms for General Motors and Continental Tires. He has led setting up of enterprise and award-winning Personalisation programs at Foxtel, AMP, and HESTA. His role spans across customer insights, audience strategy, journey orchestration, marketing planning, content strategy, measurement frameworks; along with people and process transformations.

Puneet is a 17 year industry veteran who is passionate about data and customer experiences, and how to map data to customer experiences to drive personalised and delightful customer engagement.
