Anthony Toovey has over 20 years of international marketing and commercial leadership experience across global corporates and mid-sized businesses. He spent 18 years at Unilever in senior CMO and General Management roles, working across leading brands including Rexona, Dove, Ben & Jerry’s and Magnum, before becoming Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer at Primo Foods. An award-winning marketer, his work has been recognised with multiple advertising, media and innovation awards, including a Cannes Lions Grand Prix.

Anthony now runs Heartbeat Suite, where he partners with organisations to accelerate marketing effectiveness, build capability, and unlock growth. As a Strategic Advisor to ADMA, he has helped shape the ADMA Capability Compass and leads its AI upskilling agenda, supporting marketers to translate emerging tools into practical, day-to-day impact.

Known for his practical culture-led approach, Anthony brings real-world experience into the room; helping marketers master how to brief, build and deliver high-impact campaigns, balance brand and performance, and apply AI in ways that can be immediately used back in the workplace.
