We collect personal information about you when you engage with us directly or via the Capability Compass platform. Personal information we collect from you includes but is not limited to:
- information about your identity, such as your name and contact details (including your email and mobile number);
- your employment history;
- your skills and qualifications;
- payment details; and
- any other information you provide directly.
If you give us information about others, you must have authority to do so and tell them what is in this notice.
Why is your personal information being collected?
The purpose of collecting your personal information is to:
- provide Capability Compass and improve our services;
- personalise your experience;
- communicate with you;
- process transactions;
- comply with legal obligations;
- develop industry benchmarking for distribution with anonymised data; and
- for any other purpose set out in our Privacy Policy.
Intended audience
All information provided on this website has been prepared in accordance with Australian law, and is intended for use by residents of Australia. Persons residing outside of Australia use this website at their own risk, and should take into consideration the legislative requirements of their country of residence when accessing this website. Should you choose to purchase products or services from ADMA, enter our competition or interact with us in any way you should satisfy yourself that doing so will not constitute a contravention of the laws of your country of residence.
What would happen if your personal information was not collected?
If you don’t provide or if we are unable to collect your information, or the information you give us is inaccurate or incomplete, we would not be able to assess your skills in the context of Capability Compass.
To whom will your personal information be disclosed
All ADMA logos, brands and program names are used under licence by ADMA, or are owned by ADMA, unless otherwise stated.
All content on this website including logos, brand names, text, photographs, information, statistics, images and other material is protected by copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws in Australia.
ADMA’s logos must not be reproduced or used in any way unless ADMA provides its prior approval in writing.
Reproduction of any part of this website without the express permission of ADMA is illegal unless otherwise indicated. Where reproduction is permitted, only one copy of the material may be made, and that copy may only be used for personal or non-commercial purposes. Your personal information may be stored in overseas jurisdictions. Specifically, one of our third party service providers is Salesforce, which stores data in the Asia Pacific region.
