ADMA Payment Terms are 7 days from date of invoice or prior to the start of an event or course, whichever occurs first.

ADMA Account Terms and Conditions

Information on how to register for an ADMA account form part of these Terms and Conditions. Registration for an ADMA account is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Registration is open to all residents of Australia. To register, follow the prompts as provided by ADMA. To register for an ADMA account, you will need to provide your name and a preferred email address.

Your ADMA account is connected to your ADMA subscriptions and login to the ADMA website (www.ADMA.com.au).

Once you have registered for an ADMA account, you will be sent an email to the email address you provided. This email will contain a link which you will need to either click on or copy and paste into your browser and follow the prompts to complete your ADMA account set up. Account set up must be completed within 24 hours or the link sent will no longer be valid. If for any reason whatsoever you failed to complete your account set up within 24 hours you can request another confirmation link be sent to your account by contacting [email protected]

Once your account is set up, you will start to receive ADMA newsletters, updates, special offers, information on trends, events, critical issues and more.

You may unsubscribe from receiving communications at any time by using the link provided in the communication. You may also manage your communication preferences here www.adma.com.au/preference-centre 

If you or your organisation is an ADMA member you will also be able to access member benefits and Member only content. To do this you will need to enter your work email (with an email address that easily identifies you as being part of the Member Organisation). This will allow you to access ADMA member benefits like 25% discount on all ADMA courses and certificates, member-only articles, checklists and best practice guides as well as the free ADMA Marketing Skills Assessment and Data Pass accreditation.

If your organisation is not an ADMA member and you would like to organise for it to become a member, simply email [email protected] with the subject of “Membership” and we’ll be in contact.  

Setting up an ADMA account and subscribing to receive ADMA communications is free of charge. Any cost associated with accessing a website is the registrants responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. 

Costs associated with becoming an ADMA member is dependant on the level of Membership that the requesting organisation is categorised as being eligible for. Eligibility is determined on a range of criteria determined by ADMA in its complete discretion. This information can be obtained by speaking to an ADMA Account Manager. ADMA collects personal information (“PI”) in order to communicate with Subscribers and provide them information that is related to their interest and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Registration is conditional on providing this PI. ADMA will also use and handle PI as set out in its privacy policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may also, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity and research purposes.  Subscribers should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct PI using the preference center and direct any complaints regarding treatment of their PI according to the Privacy Policy to the Privacy Officer at [email protected].

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, ADMA (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under ADMAs control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; or (c) any registration that is lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by ADMA) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of ADMA.
