With over three decades of experience in the digital and technology industry, Michaela excels at seamlessly integrating people, technology, strategy, and processes to drive remarkable and prosperous business results. As a seasoned expert, she offers invaluable guidance to clients and spearheads projects in various domains, including digital strategy, analytics, website development, e-commerce, loyalty programs, churn reduction, conversion rate optimization, personalization, and marketing automation. Furthermore, Michaela lends her expertise in helping clients select the most suitable technologies through a methodical Request for Proposal (RFP) process, tailored to their specific use-case requirements.

Michaela is Head of Business Partnership Ecosystem at APAC, Acoustic. Her previous roles were agency and services side, including Havas and 2DataFish. Michaela has a long-standing relationship with ADMA through teaching and advisory and is also an Ambassador and Mentor for Women in Data.
