Sharlene Zeederberg

Sharlene Zeederberg has over 25 years market research and consumer insight experience, garnered within both agency and corporate (Nestle and Unilever) environments. Sharlene is well experienced in strategic research planning, workshop facilitation, questionnaire design and analysis, and is a skilled and sought-after moderator of qualitative research.

Sharlene has worked as an independent consumer insight specialist for the last 20 years, working with a range of clients both large and mid-range. Sharlene works across a variety of industries, including FMCG, financial services, health care, industrial / electrical, not-for-profit and business-to-business. Projects include work for a diverse range of clients such as Asthma Australia, Trike Developments, SFI Health, Brisbane Airport, The Upper Hunter Mining Dialogue, BD Biosciences, AYAM, CPW (Uncle Tobys), Maximus (Frucor Suntory), Zurich Insurance, and Club Plus Super. She has also moderated qualitative projects in Australia and New Zealand for BP, Meta, Coinbase, Lipton Iced Tea, McDonalds and several pharma companies.

Sharlene has created and lectures a Consumer / Buyer Behaviour course for second year higher education students. She has recently completed further study in cognitive and brain sciences.
