Cancellation/Refund Policy On occasion, you may be unable to attend an ADMA IQ course or event. ADMA may also need to cancel or postpone IQ courses or events. See our FAQs for more information on Coronavirus. Unable to attend an ADMA IQ Course or Event? Outlined below are steps and alternative measures that can be taken in that event. Please note: for timing purposes, 'days' referred to throughout are calendar days. Send a Substitute Attendee Sending a substitute is the best way to ensure your organisation retains the full value for its training investment. Written notification must be received a minimum 14 days prior to the course or event. All written notifications must include your name, the course or event name, the name and contact information for your substitute and the original invoice number. Requests made for substitute transfers from 30 days prior to, or once a course has commenced, are not permitted. Deferment If a substitute is unavailable you may apply for a deferment. Written notification must be received within a minimum 30 days prior to the start of the course or event. That note must include your name and the course or event name and the original invoice number. Deferments are not applicable to one off annual events. Deferments are strictly non-transferable. Requests made for deferment from 29 days prior to, or once a course has commenced, are not permitted. For ADMA IQ courses: a credit with a 6-month expiry (from the original commencement date) is issued. Cancellation of course by ADMA In the event, ADMA cancels a course and no similar course is available within a 6-month period, a full refund will be offered. Force Majeure In the event of a force majeure, ADMA reserves the right to cancel events following guidelines issued by local and international authorities. ADMA will act in good faith in delivering the IQ Events or Education where possible. Refunds Refunds will only be provided if written notice of the cancellation is provided to the organiser. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the course or event will receive a refund less a 15% admin fee. Cancellations received from 29 days prior to the course or event will not receive a refund. Please note: Due to the instant nature of access to online courses, no refunds apply. All outstanding invoices must be paid prior to the commencement of any course or event.
