Sharlene has over 25 years of market research and consumer insight experience, garnered within both agency and corporate (Nestlé and Unilever) environments. She is well experienced in strategic research planning, workshop facilitation, questionnaire design and analysis, and is a skilled and sought-after moderator of qualitative research.
