This Trade Promotion Lottery (Promotional Game in Queensland) (Promotion) is promoted by the Australian Computer Society (ACS) trading as Association for Data-driven Marketing and Advertising (ADMA) ABN: 53 156 305487. Level 27, Tower 1, 100 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia (Promoter). 2. By submitting an entry into this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Who can enter 3. Entry to the Promotion is open to residents of Australia who complete the ADMA International Women's Day nominee form. Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. 4. The Promotion closes 23:59 AEST on Monday 3 March 2025. To enter, complete the International Women's Day nominee form and provide your email. Providing your email at the completion of the survey enters you into the Promotion. Prize 5. The prize is one of two ADMA IQ Education Vouchers valued at $500 (Prize). Draw 6. Draw will take place at 10am on Monday 10 March 2025 at Level 27, Tower 1, 100 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney NSW 2000. All of the email addresses of participants in the Promotion will be aggregated and then ten entries will be drawn at random. 7. Each of those two entries drawn will be eligible to receive a Prize. The Promoter will contact the holders of each of the successful entries by email. That email will include the Prize. Consent to data collection 8. By entering this Promotion, you consent to: (a) Draw will take place at 10am on Monday 10 March 2025 at Level 27, Tower 1, 100 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney NSW 2000. All of the email addresses of participants in the Promotion will be aggregated and then ten entries will be drawn at random. (b) being contacted by the Promoter for the purpose of prize fulfilment; and (c) the Promoter publishing your name (initial and last name) and postcode on the ADMA website at www.adma.com.au, and you consent to providing us your personal information for this purpose. 9. The data collected will be treated in accordance with the ADMA Draw Data Collection Notice and the ADMA Privacy Policy. 10. Failure by the Promoter to exercise any of its rights contained within these terms and conditions at any time does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
