FAQs When and where does ADMA’s Global Forum take place? ADMA’s Global Forum is on 20 August 2024 at the Hyatt Regency in Sydney and is also available to stream from wherever you are. Click here to access the location and map. What time does the event start and end? Registration starts from 8am and the event kicks off sharply at 9am. The event concludes at 5pm followed by networking and drinks which end at 6pm. We hope you can join us. What are the transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? For self-drive visitors, there is Wilson Parking directly opposite the hotel (please note there are two entrances at 383 Kent Street or 168 Sussex Street). Please park your car and keep hold of your ticket. Then, contact the concierge desk to obtain a 24-hour, multi-entry, self-parking ticket for the car park at Hyatt Regency Sydney rates. Ensure a smooth arrival and departure by exploring parking and transportation options at the venue. How can I purchase tickets? Tickets for in-person and virtual attendance can be purchased online via credit card or by requesting an invoice. An invoice will be emailed to you together with your booking confirmation. To book tickets, click here. If you are an ADMA member please contact your relationship manager directly or email [email protected] I cannot attend in person. Can I live stream the event? Absolutely, we would hate you to miss out! Live stream tickets are available for purchase here. A unique link will be sent before the event which will give you access to all live sessions throughout the day. Selected content will also be available for you to watch on-demand post the event. I purchased a table for 10 people. How do I register all of the attendees? If you nominated to register other attendees at a later date you will be able to add them by clicking on the link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, email [email protected] with your booking reference and the names of your attendees. Do I need a printed ticket to attend the event? Registration on arrival at Global Forum is essential and entry will be via the QR code on your ticket. You can either print this or display it on your mobile. Registration opens on the day at 8am. Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket? Delegates may cancel their tickets without penalty up until 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations received within 30 to 14 days before the event will incur a 50% administration fee. Cancellations received less than 14 days before the event will be non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected] What if I cannot attend the event in person. Can someone else take my place? We can transfer your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. ADMA will make all necessary changes to put together a Purely Virtual Event (PVE) and to provide all delegates with details and information relating to how delegates can access the solely virtual event. Event tickets will be converted by ADMA into PVE tickets and the ticket purchaser will be notified of the change in ticket price and will have the difference refunded to the account from which the ticket was initially purchased.
