Julien is a behavioural scientist with a wealth of expertise in the digital space. He assists clients in improving their customer experience by combining his expertise in 3 areas: digital analytics, testing/experimentation and behavioural science.
He has nearly 10 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization and has managed full CRO programs for clients end to end, as well hands-on experience implementing tests.
He combines CRO with Behavioural Economics to get the most out of CRO programs.
